Our one night stay was just too short. The Victoria Regent is so relaxing and the harbour views from the suite are fabulous. We enjoyed watching the float planes arriving/departing and the tugs passing in front of the hotel. All the staff at the front desk were great as were the two servers serving the tasty continental breakfast in the Waters Edge Cafe. We also had the opportunity to chat with one of the friendly mainteance associates and he was very helpful and most informative. We'll certainly recommend the Victoria Regent.
We required a 2 nighter in Victoria, from the Gulf Islands, and had obtained references (word of -mouth) from friends. The Victoria Regent was highly regarded and so I booked it. The suite was everything that we had hoped for, plus the upgrade enhanced the pleasure. Morning "continental breakfast" was as good as it gets, for seniors like us. All-in-all, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we'll be looking for an excuse to do it again, sooner rather than later. Feb 04-06 2013.
We completely enjoyed our stay. We stayed here in March of 2012 and will never stay anywhere else in Victoria....2 Thumps up!!

Can't say enough, booked this hotel months ago when we arrived we were given an upgrade. The Regency Suite.... what an experience the room was beautiful, over the top and the views of the harbor and the city and waterfront just stunning. So thank you so much for a once in a life time hotel experience
We stayed at your wonderful hotel in May 2012.After staying in a more "prestigeous" hotel in Victoria previously(and being disappointed),we decided to have a change and try The Victoria Regent.What a pleasant and refreshing change.The location was ideal for shops and restaurants,with a short walk to the harbour.The staff were very helpful and courteous,and didn't treat us as "just a number"The room was perfect,a lovely size,all facilities that we could wish for and spotless.The breakfast was perfect,and served in an idyllic location.CAN WE COME AGAIN?
Just want to say THANK YOU!! Wow, we all loved it! It was the perfect set up for us. It was the best we have done to date. And this was our seventh school-girl get together! We only wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for getting us hooked up. Staff were really friendly as well!

Fantastic location facing the Inner Harbour. ..wonderful viewa of all the various activities taking place. The suite certainly had the WOW factor...extremely spacious and most comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great in every detail. Staff at every level were most couteous and helpful. The hotel does not have its own restaurant but is very conveniently located close to a host of fne eating places. The hotel can justly be proud of the high level of service it offers its clients.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Victoria in no small part due to the accomodations at the Victoria Regent. The location was great and we could walk anywhere in downtown Victoria. Our room was comfortable and we appreciated the large bathroom and the private balcony. The place was squeaky clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to have secure underground parking. The continental breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed eating by the harbor. We would definitely stay at the Victoria Regent again.
