To submit a claim, you must have already booked directly on our site or via phone. You’ll need the confirmation number from your Victoria Regent reservation.
The lower rate must be in Canadian dollars, and at least $1.00 lower (not including any taxes or fees), publicly viewable and bookable when your claim is processed, and must be for the Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites, dates, room type, and the number of guests as your original booking.
We will only match the lower rate if you’ve filed your claim within 24 hours of the original booking—and more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
