New Exhibit Opening at the Royal BC Museum Next Month

Maya: The Great Jaguar Rises is the latest exhibit to be coming to the Royal BC Museum. Opening May 17^th, this is the exhibit’s first time in North America.

Featuring the world’s largest display of Maya artifacts from Guatemala, you can expect to see ancient jewelry, sculptures, and more. And with it being UNESCO’s Year of Indigenous Languages, the exhibit will also include the 30 Maya languages still spoken today!

The Royal BC Museum is just a short walk from the Regent, taking you along our scenic Inner Harbour. And if you’d like to be pointed in the right direction, just ask our friendly concierge. The new exhibition will run until December 31^st, so we invite you to enjoy it while it’s here!
