The Brunch Capital of Canada
Victoria is known as the “Brunch Capital of Canada” for a reason: according to Statistics Canada, there are 4.6 restaurants and eateries per 1,000 residents, a majority of which serve brunch.
There are options for even the most discerning of eaters, from the decadent Bear & Joey offering up Aussie-inspired cooking to the classic fare at Floyd’s Diner, with numerous establishments in between serving a range of options. Don’t forget to start and end your brunch with a refreshing mimosa, a local favourite.
Even though we serve complimentary breakfast to our visitors, there is plenty to see and do in the city, and it’s never too early to have brunch in Canada’s Brunch Capital.
