There are ramps and elevators which allow wheelchair access to each floor. All doorways are wide enough for wheelchairs. There are grab bars in the bathrooms, and if needed shower chairs are available upon request.
Unfortunately, due to allergy concerns we cannot allow pets at the Victoria Regent Hotel other than assistance/guide dogs.

We use faux feathers in our pillows and blankets, so none of our hotel rooms have real feathers or down.

Our Standard King Rooms and Penthouse 801 have air conditioning, but our suites do not. However, if you open the windows and patio doors you will get a breeze from the ocean.
The Victoria Regent Hotel does not offer a shuttle service. Public transit, taxis, car rentals, and 3rd party shuttle services are readily available in Victoria though.
Airport: Taxis are one of the most convenient options, but the YYJ airport shuttle can also pick you up or drop you off at the Victoria Regent Hotel.
Ferry: There are no shuttle services that go to the ferry terminal in Swartz Bay, so if you’re not driving, taxis are typically the easiest option. If you are departing via the ferry, you can also take the PCL bus from the downtown Victoria bus depot.
