We stayed here on our wedding night and booked a one bedroom suite. We always heard great things about this hotel. But when we checked in the lovely front desk, staff told us that we upgraded to a Penthouse suite at no extra charge. They honestly made our day that much more special, we took our first look photos with our wedding party up on the balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The next morning, upon check out, they humbly ask us how our evening was. We will only stay with them downtown booking moving forward and cannot wait to recommend others to this hotel. By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve travelled that some of the best world-class destinations around, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. 10/10. Love #202 We had an amazing one night stay and wished it was longer because of our room. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with the living area over looking the harbor. The place was absolutely amazing. We were greeted with a smile and wonderful suggestions on night life nearby. All the places were with walking distance. Amazing place to stay on a family getaway! Our suite was very comfortable, and quiet. Spacious, excellent for pack of teenagers. Wonderful repeat stay Totally comfortable staying at the Victoria Regent. All the staff are helpful, the setting is always entertaining for us folks from out of town, and the central location makes it easy to get around on foot to take in all of the delights of Victoria.

Best and most comfortable hotel in Victoria We usually stay at this hotel because of its location and comfort. We either have the 1-bedroom with harbour view or the 2 bedroom with water view. It is like staying at home, but with a view and cleaning service. The bed was quite comfortable and it is nice to have all the conveniences such as fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

penthouse Well most Penthouses are pretty nice, but this one is up there as the top in victoria if not the top! Hotel staff was amazing throughout our stay. the room was massive and comfortable with ample room to relax and enjoy the inner harbour views, while sipping on a g&t.

Close to everything Great hotel with lots of versatility for every kind of stay. I've stayed with my husband in a one bedroom suite, and also with friends in a 2 bedroom suite with 4 Queen beds. A great home away from home.

First time we stayed at the Victoria Regent Over the past many years we visited Victoria in the late Fall and early Spring and stayed in a number of downtown hotels. For this latest stay we picked the Victoria Regent and were truly impressed. We were treated by all the staff as if we were "preferred, longtime guests". It was a very enjoyable stay indeed.

Highly recommended This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean and well equipped. The housekeeping service is excellent. I am highly recommend people to stay here if they are travelling Victoria. The inner harbour view is spectacular!
