May Events and Activities in Victoria

The May 23 Victoria Day Parade is the city’s vibrant multicultural parade with live music and artistic performances along a three-kilometre route.
Local fairs like the Sealion Medieval Market on May 28, the Buccaneer Days on May 20 – 22, and the Luxton Spring Fair on May 19 – 23 provide visitors with a glimpse into Victoria’s rich history and traditions. Sealion Medieval Market participants are encouraged to don their best Renaissance wear. Buccaneer Days celebrate Victoria’s pirate history with a parade and pirate-themed events. The Luxton Spring Fair, on the other hand, celebrates the local farming community with agricultural exhibits, animal shows, and fun activities for the whole family.
